With all the freakishly hot weather we had this summer, we figured a beautifully sunny, outdoor Trethewey House wedding near the end of July would be a given! Beth & Joel had dreams of a garden wedding; twinkle lights, white wooden chairs, lots of greenery for a earthy feel, and just loving on friends and family under a sky full of stars. It all came true, and then some, in my opinion, with the exception of the sky full of stars. The sky exploded on them with a vengeance!! It was one of the heaviest rains all summer. BUT! It held off until we were nicely protected under the white tents of the reception. It drizzled during the ceremony, didn’t rain at all during portraits, and then unleashed during the evening. But this results in 2 things. An AMAZING rainy day wedding portrait, and a ton of memories 😀 Beth & Joel, you’re wedding day was so perfect. And if it’s true that you can tell a person’s character by the people that surround you, then man oh man, is God doing amazing things through you two. I loved spending the day with you both, and your wonderful friends and family. Much love, and best wishes for your future together!!
